Western Ride & Cookout

Saddle up for a true western evening in the heart of the East Kootenays.
Your experience begins with a scenic guided horseback ride through the rolling hills, quiet forests, and breathtaking viewpoints surrounding Cranbrook. As you ride along gentle trails, you’ll take in the wide open country, fresh mountain air, and the peaceful rhythm that only horseback travel can offer.

When you arrive at our cookout site, you’ll step into a classic western gathering. Settle in around the fire and enjoy a hearty cowboy cookout meal while live acoustic guitar and western music fill the air. Our guides handle the cooking while stories are shared, laughter carries through camp, and the evening slows down the way it should.

Once the meal is finished and the fire begins to glow, we’ll saddle back up for a relaxed ride home. As the sun dips behind the mountains and the valley settles into evening, the ride back offers one last chance to soak in the beauty of the land.

This full-circle experience blends trail riding, rustic dining, live music, and the timeless
spirit of the West — creating an unforgettable evening for families, friends, and anyone
looking to experience authentic cowboy country.
